I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The view from the 11th floor was breathtaking, perfect for a romantic getaway. The room needed a few repairs, like a missing drawer handle and a shower door that wouldn't stay closed, but overall it was comfortable and cozy. The early check-in wasn't ideal, but the room made up for it.

The service was exceptional from every staff member we encountered. They graciously moved us to a new room immediately and were very apologetic. They even waived our upgrade fee, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right downtown near the baseball and hockey venues. It offered a romantic riverside stroll, although we had a bit of a challenge with luggage on the torn-up sidewalk. Despite that, the location helped us escape our daily routine and feel like we were on a true getaway.

The dining options were not the best, with the deli and bagel shop nearby being average. The in-hotel dining was expensive and underwhelming. However, there were other nearby options worth exploring.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was clean and cozy, offering a nice view of the river. However, there were some disturbances with fire alarm tests and people trying to enter our room multiple times. The service was a mix of neglect in initial explanations but redeemed by the extremely kind and apologetic attitude later on. The location was excellent, treating us like royalty and providing a romantic riverside stroll, but support for Toledo was disappointing. The dining options were limited during our stay, but there was a deli and a bagel shop nearby. The facilities were decent overall.
